Centaurs Mountain (Mount Pelion)

Mount Pelion is considered to be a paradise on earth for nature lovers, naturalists, archaeologists, anthropologists and historians. In the slopes of the mountain have been gods, semi-gods, centaurs, titans, giants, nymphs, dryads, kings, and heroes for millennia. No wonder this land was Olympian Gods’ resort and home of Centaurs, who according to Greek mythology, they had a human upper torso and animal (horse) underneath. In Pelion took place the first beauty contest between the beautiful and powerful goddesses Hera, Athena and Aphrodite, whilst in the 13th century BC set sail the famous Argo to Troia with 50 Argonauts crew led by Jason. This journey unfolds treasures of myths, legends, history and cultural heritage, injecting experiences that you will never forget.
